
Don Rivers | Executive Chef
Don Rivers is our Executive Chef. Chef Don is responsible for the management of all food services, kitchen teams and curating the culinary program and members' experience through each of the multi-dining & on-course outlets at the Club. Born in Burlington, Vermont, Chef Don has over 40 years in the hospitality industry and is now celebrating his 18th year with Country Hills Golf Club. He continues to bring his commitment to creating a great culinary experience through his passion for high standards of food and service, and believes that strong leadership skills are what will give his team members the confidence to be creative in exploring their own cooking passion.
Don is a Red Seal Chef and a proud member of the Canadian Culinary Federation -Calgary Chefs Association.
